Structured as a personal narrative video essay documenting consciousness expansion since 2012. Integrated tactile typewriter sound design alongside text overlays to give each stage of transformation poetic weight.

Layered Video Effects & Contrast
Layered secondary video textures directly onto shot footage to create custom visual effects and fluid animations. Shot across thick, green forest settings, pairing heavy light-and-shadow contrasts with slow motion to visually mirror the shift from shadow work to luminous awakening.

Atmospheric Audio & Voiceover
Composed and spatialised the underlying soundtrack using cues from the 30-minute "Inner Fire" sound journey. Combined grounded spoken-word narrative with ambient frequencies to guide the viewer into deep emotional reflection.
